Accessibility statement
We want anyone to be able to discover, buy and use their products on Siamo Digital, whatever technology they use.
Status: in progress
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Today the site partially conforms: we fix what we find in automated and manual testing, but there are still open items (listed below). Automated tests don’t catch every problem, so we don’t claim full conformance.

What you can already expect
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus and a link to skip to the content.
- Text and interface with sufficient contrast in light and dark mode (verified by contrast calculation).
- Forms with visible labels, required fields indicated in text, explained errors, and what you typed is never erased.
- You can sign in without a password using an email link, and paste or use your browser’s password manager.
- Pages adapt to browser zoom up to 200% and to 320 px screens without horizontal scrolling.
- We respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and decorative animations can be paused.
- Help is always in the same place: “Help” in the header, and the Help center and Contact in the footer.
What we’re still improving
- Videos and audio: we’re adding captions and transcripts. If one doesn’t have them yet, we’ll help you another way.
- PDF documents: some are shown as an image of the document and not all are tagged for screen readers. If you need an accessible version, just ask.
- We keep doing manual tests with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack) and with users.
Adjust reading to suit you
In the preferences panel you can enlarge text, reduce motion, increase contrast and add reading spacing. They’re saved in your browser. It’s an optional aid: the site is designed to work well without it, together with zoom and your device’s accessibility options.

Tell us which page, what you were trying to do and what technology you use (for example, a screen reader, zoom or keyboard navigation). We’ll reply as soon as possible and, while we fix it, help you complete what you need another way (for example, sending you the content in another format or finishing your purchase with our help).

- Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. The main features also work without JavaScript (menu, FAQs, forms).
- Testing: axe-core in Chrome (desktop and mobile, light and dark mode), palette contrast calculation, keyboard walkthroughs, 200% zoom and 320 px screen.
